We step in so you can enjoy the final weeks and the day of your event.

The Final Touch Package allows us to help you in the home stretch of your planning process! Most of the work is done. But now is the time for you to relax and savor the joy of your own celebration.

Six weeks before your event, our team will meet with you to become experts on what your vision is and all the details of your plans.

This is when our team takes the stress out off your shoulders. We manage the vendors, and coordinate the remaining details and logistics from start to finish. Making sure that the final weeks of the planning process runs smoothly, and helping to guarantee your event is everything you dreamed that it would be. All that is left for you to do is enjoy yourself.

The Final Touch Package Includes:

Before Your Event…

  • Initial meeting

  • Walk through of venues, review all the details and arrangements with the venue representative.

  • Unlimited contact via phone and email contact
  • Review all of the previous details, vendor responsibilities, regarding the totality of the event.
  • Review any “pre-event” details; including, but not limited to guest arrival information, hair and make up timeline, logistics, meal scheduling for day of the event, photographer timeline

  • Handle any outstanding issues with contracted resources

  • Review seating lists

  • Meet with caterer regarding timeline, menu, special meals

Day of Your Event…

  • 12 hours of (2) Party Core host to manage the event
  • Manage the days event for smooth communication, with hosts and all key resources/vendors
  • Manage and direct the execution of the events plans from set up according to diagrams provided by all the contracted resources to assure a successful and memorable celebration
  • Guest liaison and assist with the logistics of the event

  • Transfer personal items of hosts/ bridal party ceremony/event location from one venue to another (TBD regarding valuables)

  • Provide an emergency kit
