The big day is here. You have it all planned out, but now it is your turn to relax and enjoy your special time. Working with The Party Core means the you have a reliable partner who will take care of you every step of the way on your big day.
The Big Day Package Includes:
Initial meeting a month before the event to review all the details, goals and vision for the event
Unlimited communication by phone and e-mail regarding any changes and questions
Two Party Core coordinators will attend and manage the event for 12 hours (extra coordinators are available at an additional charge per request by host/ events of 175 guest or more TBD)
Maintaining constant communication with the client the event, from the start to finish of the event to address any needs or concerns that they may have
Managing and maintaining the schedule, timeline and direct set up of all vendors as per contractual agreements
Managing and maintaining constant communication with the venue, vendors, key representatives of any contracted on site person(s)
Placement of all personal belongings of client/ bridal party from one various valuables TBD
Direct and cue all vendors
Trouble shooting
Guest liaison and direct and maintain guest logistics, and needs
Any placement of personal, religious items must be preset and provided by client (programs, place cards, favors etc.)
