The Every Step of the Way Package Includes:
Initial meeting with Coordinator to discuss design/decor, style, timeline, priorities and budget aspirations
Coordinator and Client Communication
Unlimited e-mail an phone access to Coordinator for questions and ideas
Venue selection; assistance in venue selection, unlimited referral and support in finding, and securing a location based on your budget and style criteria
Explanation of costs and services provided by the venue
Vendor liaison throughout entire planning process
Troubleshoot any outstanding issues with all vendors and primary resources being utilized
Attend a two design meeting per contracted resource per selections of linens, chairs, lighting, cake design, etc.
Floral/Decor meeting; selection of design and style of flowers and all other decor elements of event
Attend Catering meeting/tasting to discuss layout, service, menu, bar selection etc.
Support and participate in the selection of invitations, and other printed materials, such as programs, seat placement cards, favors etc.
Final detail meeting two weeks prior to event date. For final seating, photography timeline, day of timeline, transportation review, accommodations review, rehearsal review etc.
